The Placement Edge was a career-focused workshop conducted on 8 March 2025, aimed at helping students, especially beginners, gain a clear understanding of placements and industry expectations. The 4–5 hour session covered the importance of early preparation, differences between on-campus and off-campus placements, core versus software roles, essential technical and aptitude skills, structured preparation roadmaps, and the role of internships and projects. It also focused on interview readiness and soft skills, equipping participants with practical strategies to improve employability and get ahead early in their placement journey.
