The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon, organized an expert lecture on “Mastering Mendeley: Unlocking the Secrets of Research Paper Management” on 25th September 2025. The session was conducted by Dr. Kamlesh T. Kahar Sir with the objective of enhancing research management skills among students and faculty members.
During the lecture, participants were introduced to the features and benefits of Mendeley software. The speaker explained how to organize research papers efficiently, manage references, generate citations automatically, and create bibliographies in different formats. The session also demonstrated practical steps for syncing data and improving productivity in academic writing.
