The Entrepreneurship Cell, SSGMCE was initiated with a vision to promote entrepreneurship amongst the students of SSGMCE and to build an exhaustive resource pool to aid potential student to become entrepreneurs. Since our inception, we have organized various events ranged over social entrepreneurship events on campus to business plan contests and we have definitely brought about a surge in entrepreneurial activities on campus.

Entrepreneurship in India is yet to reveal its hidden potential. Because we come up with a vision to impart the root of entrepreneurship to each of the individual. It will not only help India to frontier with the world leaders but also unlock the quality of brains that we are so proud of. With this idea, The Entrepreneurship Development Cell, SSGMCE wishes to inculcate and enrich the entrepreneurial environment in India by creating an easily accessible and exhaustive set of resources for the entrepreneurs, which including the students, the budding professionals, mentors, angel investors and the venture capitali through various fun-filled yet educating sessions such as Startup Showcases, competitions, eTalks and so on and so forth.

With an aim to strive towards promoting entrepreneurship, we at E-Cell SSGMCE are a group of enthusiasts working continuously to provide a platfor foster, inspire and help young and aspiring students to open the door to promising & exciting world of entrepreneurship.

At E-CELL, SSGMCE we conduct various events to shape the enterprenureship skills of newbies.
Illuminate was a pre-eureka workshop conducted by the E-Cell, IIT Bombay. The speaker Mr. Puneet Raman conducted a very interactive workshop on team building, funding, business plan making, etc. to promote an entrepreneurial spirit among students.
The orientation program-"Be Your Own Boss" was organised to introduce the students of SSGMCE about E-Cell SSGMCE, it's works, it's achievements and to encourage students towards entrepreneurship. To encourage the students our chief guest Mr. Uday Nadiwade told the students about entrepreneurship and about case study, which is an important aspect in the growth of any company. A QnA session was also conducted at the end of the session.
The very first event for all those Cricket Crazy peopleout there . Participants were sorted in group of 4 and made to bid for cricket players in order to make a complete team of 11 players . So, Lets PLay IPL . Are You Ready ?

A Fun Event to refresh you . A scavenger hunt is a party game in which the participants seek to gather or complete all items on the list prepared by organizer.The goal is to be the first to complete the list or to complete the most items on the list.
The pitching workshop was conducted by Mr. Dhanraj Dhanokar in which he focused on points like:
1. What is a pitch deck?
2. What is the importance of a pitch deck?
3. Why is pitching important?
4. What are the skills
required for pitching?
The speaker also cleared various doubts of the students regarding the same.
A two days startup bootcamp was organized which took place in 3 session, namely "How to find problems and its solution", "Seed financing and Business model validation" and "Marketing, Sales and Pitch Deck". We got registrations by circulating google form and provided e-certificates to the participants. The session was concluded after conducting a quiz which was based on the topics covered in the bootcamp.
Shubham Panchbhai, an alumni of our college (SSGMCE) founded SSGM Electronic solutions pvt ltd. And is the CEO of the company till date. He visited our college to motivate students about the perks of being an entrepreneur and the challenges that should be faced in order to succeed.According to him, thinking about short term goals and fulfilling them is the best option available out there. Work hard and play hard was his motto.

A panel discussion on "What after degree?" was conducted in online mode consisting of three panelists.
1) Mr. Khushrow Irani spoke on why to choose entrepreneurship after college and also making the students aware about the hardships
faced after choosing entrepreneurship.
2) Mr. Ankit Rahangdale, spoke on why to go for a job covering the benefits and drawbacks of it.
3) Mr. Pranav Agrawal, spoke on moving towards higher education after graduation and how to work that path.
All the panelists cleared various doubts of the students regarding the same.
It was conducted for the students of class 6-12 to promote entrepreneurship amongst students. Our speaker Mr. Pawan Kuchar introduced the students to topics like what is entrepreneurship, why to become an entrepreneur, idea generation and validation. Students from E-Cell SSGMCE gave them valuable information about procedures of Eureka Junior!
We launched a Social Media Marketing Meme Challenge in which participants had to make an advertisement using a meme. The participants were asked to post their entry on facebook using three hashtags provided by us also tagging E-Cell,SSGMCE on facebook making our reach grow. The prizes for the winners were sponsored by GrowPartner(A startup by Mr. Dhanraj Dhanokar).
The speaker session on Finances of Startup, which was conducted by Mr. Vishal Chowhan was organised to ger students acquainted with financial topics like equity, dilution, pricing models, revenue models, etc which are required while starting a new venture.
The speaker session on "Is college the right time for startup?" was conducted by Ms. Natasha Bahel. In this session, she talked on:
1. Why to start a venture when in college?
2. What are the benefits of it?
3. What are the
learnings it gives us?
4. How to select a mentor?
5. How to get investments? , etc.
She also shared her experiences of her own startup.
